Lenox Village is located south of Nashville, Tennessee and just north of Nolensville, Tennessee and covers approximately 80 acres. It was first established in October 2002 and completed in 2009.
It was patterned after Tennessee’s traditional historic neighborhoods and was designed as a community where you can live, eat, shop, and work. Lenox Village offers tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, 15 acres of parks/green spaces, and retail/office areas. The community is pet-friendly and boasts one of the largest pets per capita area in Davidson County. The community is comprised of 341 condominiums, 458 single-family attached (townhomes) and 266 single-family detached homes. Since it’s completion, numerous other communities in the greater Nashville area have patterned themselves after Lenox Village.
