Lenox Village is a great place to live and shop.

We often get many inquiries about living and shopping in Lenox Village. Below are some of the most common questions we get.

  • Click on the See Available Homes link in the Find Your New Home in Lenox Village box at the bottom of the Home screen

Lenox Village is a pet friendly community. Per the by-laws only customary household pets are allowed. Please see section 11.5 of the Covenants & By-Laws document under the General Public drop-down menu for further information. Note that Lenox Town Center Homes have more stringent rules and regulations.

There are two basic reasons for this:

  • You have just registered a new account. All new accounts require confirmation before message posting is allowed.
  • You have recently modified your profile. Whenever you make changes to your profile, you will be asked to confirm it again.

(2) Select Report a Problem from the Member’s drop-down menu.

The type of grill depends on your type of dwelling and the Metro Fire Code. Note, GAS GRILLS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES.

Yes. Only the HOA Board, management company and/or Security will know who originated the complaint.
